Taking place at a purpose built Health & Fitness Spa resort with superb fitness & relaxation facilities in the town of La Nucia, 45 minutes from Alicante airport with our transfer service.
These 5 night/6 day holidays include:

* pilates sessions to realign & build core strength
* guided hike in stunning mountain scenery
* weight based strength training sessions to build bone mass & tone muscles

* meditation workshop
* 3 meals a day .. super healthy, nutritionally balanced plant based meals (fish offered some nights for those that would like it)
