Ataraxia Collective is a start-up health and wellness business offering talks, workshops and other events on mindfulness, yoga and wellness medicine.
Ataraxia Collective is all about fun, restoration, inspiration, empowerment and self-mastery. It’s about supporting people to develop their individual sense of wellness by sharing, promoting and doing wellnessy things together that cultivate this state.
Wellness is something attainable to all people, despite age, disease, disability or adversity. Even within the toughest of circumstance, through the application of wellness tools and practices, we can attain a sense of wellness.
Ataraxia is organizing Mindfulness & Yoga Events
At events, expect to learn about and enjoy powerful wellness tools like mindfulness, yoga and self-enquiry. When online, look forward to learning about the latest on evidence-based holistic health interventions, neuroscience and cognitive science, as well as receiving tips and tricks that support a sense of wellness.

. Stay back for your free drink at the after party (dinner prep can wait).
What to bring along
Dress up in your fav yoga gear and bring your mat and a sweat towel. We will take care of everything else.
There will be house music, laughs, lessons, delish food, friends to find & fun times to be had.
